Candles

How cute are these?! what a great way to make your candles cooridinate with the decor in the rest of your room. I bought these Vanilla candles and used the snowflake spot stamp set...I was so sad to see it retire. It really was a great stamp. I cant recall which blue I used to stamp them. It was a marker...looks like navy, but I cant be sure. Anyways all ya need are some candles, tissue paper, stamps, markes/inks, and a heat gun and VOILA! You have yourself some candles!
Thanks for poppin by!

Another Christmas Card

I really am trying to get my next couple months worth of class samples done ahead of time for a change. That way I dont feel so rushed and I can enjoy making the projects. I got the inspiration for this card from a magazine that I get. The card in the magazine has the same layout, only its more plain than mine, however it is a gorgeous card. I used the layout and new I wanted to make a Christmas card with it. I decided that I wanted to make each square look like a Christmas present. So I took out my ribbon and thats what I did. At least I think they look like presesnts. Let me know what ya think.

You're A Blast!

On todays card I used Pun Fun. I absolutely Love that set, but I never use it. I dont know why. I guess I just always get new sets that I want to play with and since I dont really get that much time to stamp my newer ones get used first. My goal is to make a box set of all the pun fun stamps just because they cover all occassions and they're really cute. So I got inspiration from my upline Angie. I was at her house the other day and she was making a pop up card using this stamp. So I got thinking about it that night and I thought I needed to make one too only mine isnt a pop up card. I have no idea what hers looks like or if she even finished it yet, but I made mine. It uses that adorable little rocket ship. Im thinking I might use this card for my world card making day class... We'll see. So this uses the same color scheme as the Birthday card I posted yesterday. I do eally like those colors together. Here's the recipe for the card. Thanks for visiting!

It's a Christmas Bulb

Well... here it is, my very first Christmas bulb. It looks a lot more wonderful in person. It was pretty hard to photograph in my house as it was night time when I did it. I took a clear bulb that you can find in pretty much any craft store and used Riding Hood Red to die the bulb. I then added some dazzling diamonds glitter and WALA! you have yourself a christmas bulb. I used some rub-ons that I had layin around while I am waitin for my Christmas ones to come in. We will be making one of these bulbs at my Christmas Time Fun class in December among other really cute things. Have a Great Day!

Birthday Wishes

I am really trying hard to keep up with my posting, which means I have to stamp more so I have something to post. Not only do all of you get to see what Ive been working on but I also will get an emblem from my upline for keeping up with my blog. What is an emblem you ask? Look down a couple posts. Its the 20/20/20 Scavenger hunt. Im trying really hard to make it to twenty...we'll see though. I always get a good start on something but have a tendency to slack off after a bit. So anyways todays card....Ya know, I really like the new Pacific Point but its sooo bright, its hard for me to use. I have found that I absolutely love this color combination though. You will see it used in another card that I will post possibly tomorrow or at some point this week. Here's the recipe.
Recipe:
